/KASE, May 22, 2023/ – MFO "Capitalinvest" LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the general meeting of partners held on April 3, 2023:

• to approve the audited annual financial statements of the partnership for 2022;
• to allocate net income for 2022 in the amount of 92,845 thousand tenge to the development of the partnership.
