/KASE, May 22, 2023/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of
the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 18, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited separate and consolidated financial statements of the
company for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022 and not to pay dividends
on the company's ordinary shares.
