Birinshi Lombard raised KZT214.8 mln on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2P00009277 (MFBLb1) with yield to maturity of 24.00 % APR

/KASE, May 19, 2023/ – An initial offering of bonds KZ2P00009277 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", MFBLb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 14.04.23 – 14.04.25; quarterly coupon, 24.00 % APR; 30/360) of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription to them. BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a nominal volume of 200,000,000 tenge were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Orders for the subscription were collected on May 19, 2023 from 10:00 to 12:00 o'clock, Astana time. One member of KASE took part in the trades. A total of two limit orders were submitted to the trading system, of which one order in the amount of KZT214.8 mln (face volume of KZT210.0 mln) was recognized as active at the end of the order collection. The clean price in the submitted active order was 99.9585 % of the face value (24.0000 % per annum). Demand made up 105.0 % of supply. As a result of the offering, the order was executed in full. A total of 210,025 bonds were placed for a total of KZT214,838,423.0. According to the data of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the deal based on the results of subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information has been settled, the subscription has been completed.
