/KASE, May 19, 2023/ – NAC Kazatomprom JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders through absentee voting
will be held at 10:30 o'clock, on June 21, 2023, with the only issue on the
agenda being the composition of the Board of Directors of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
