/KASE, May 16, 2023/ – Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of supplementing the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders, scheduled for May 30, 2023, with the issue of "Renaming Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC to ASPAN Investment Banking JSC and making respective changes to the Charter and other documents of Tengri Partners Investment Banking (Kazakhstan) JSC".
