/KASE, May 11, 2023/ – IC "Sinoasia B&R" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a tender offer it made to its shareholders with a price of KZT27,445.67 per share following the purchase by Bank CenterCredit of over 30 % of the company's voting shares.
