/KASE, May 10, 2023/ – National company "KazMunayGas" JSC (Astana),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 3, 2023,
the following changes were made to the company's Management Board.
- excluded: A. Kairdenov, D. Karabayev;
- elected: D. Makeev, D. Aryssova.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National
company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of nine people: M. Myrzagaliyev, D.
Abdulgafarov, B. Zakirov, V. Lavrenov, S. Brekeshev, D. Khassanov, K.
Kudaibergenov, D. Makeev, D. Aryssova.
