/KASE, May 5, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of May 6, 2023 trading in the following common shares involved in repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on May 16, 2023 and subsequent dates is suspended on KASE: - US20825C1045 (sector "KASE Global", COP_KZ) of ConocoPhillips (USA); - US30231G1022 (sector "KASE Global", XOM_KZ) of Exxon Mobil Corporation (USA). Trading is suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for the specified shares will be May 16, 2023.
