/KASE, May 5, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 3, 2023, B.Omarov was elected as a deputy Chairman of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five people: N. Baibazarov, M. Yelibayev, A. Sharipov, B. Abisheva, B. Omarov.
