/KASE, May 4, 2023/ – LOTTE Rakhat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 28, 2023, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• A. Akhrarov,
• B. Ustenov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of LOTTE Rakhat JSC consists of five people: Choi Menrim, Hwang Song Uk, Bae Jong Han, A. Akhrarov, B. Ustenov.
