/KASE, May 4, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated May 2, 2023, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Koldassov;
• elected: M. Junusbekov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Fincraft" Investment House JSC consists of three people: R. Amirov, M. Junusbekov, D. Nalibaev.
