informed KASE "on the conclusion on May 2, 2023 of the supplement No. 9 to the
Contract ... for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the area
(Block A) in Qyzylorda, Qaraghandy and Aqtobe regions between the Ministry of
Energy Republic of Kazakhstan (Competent Authority) and the Company (Subsoil User)".
