Forte announced changes in the composition of the bank's Board of Directors.
The decision to early terminate his powers as a member of the Board of Directors
was made by independent director Hubert Pandza. To ensure continuity, he
remains in the Forte team as a consultant – an expert of the Risk Committee and
the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Instead of Mr. Pandza, Talgat Kuanyshev was elected as a member of the Board
of Directors – an independent director of Forte from May 2, 2023; he is an
experienced banker with extensive experience in executive positions in second-
tier banks, including as Chairman of the Management Board of ForteBank in the
period from 2015 to 2016.
