/KASE, May 3, 2023/ – First Heartland Jusan Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 2, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the separate and consolidated financial statements of the bank for
2022, taking into account the independent auditor's report;
- to approve the following procedure for distribution of the bank's net income
for 2022
- dividends on ordinary shares of the bank shall not be accrued nor paid;
- the bank's net income for 2022 shall not be distributed and shall be
directed to retained earnings.
