/KASE, May 2, 2023/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will be held on May 30, 2023, at 10:00
o'clock, with nine issues on the agenda, including:
- approval of the bank's unconsolidated (separate) annual financial statements
for 2022;
- approval of the annual consolidated financial statements of the bank for
2022;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the bank's net income for 2022,
making a decision on payment of dividends on ordinary shares and amount of
dividends per ordinary share of the bank for 2022.
