/KASE, May 2, 2023/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 18, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: N. Akhanzaripov;
• elected: Zh. Babash.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG JSC consists of five people: D. Berlibayev, K. Tileubayev, Y. Kulazhanov, A. Abdiyev, Zh. Babash.
