/KASE, April 28, 2023/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
the following press release dated April 28, 2023:

On April 24, 2023, bonds issued by Main Waterline LLP (hereinafter - the
Partnership) to finance the Project in the amount of 50 billion tenge were
included in the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on the "Private
Placement" platform. Main terms of bonds issue: number of bonds - 50 million
pieces, nominal value of bonds – KZT 1 000, remuneration - 0.5% per annum (paid
twice a year), term - 10 years.
On April 27, 2023, the above-mentioned bonds of the Partnership were purchased
by JSC NC KazMunayGas (hereinafter - KMG) within the framework of the
concluded Bond Purchase Agreement between KMG and the Partnership.
In turn, KMG raised similar bond loan from Samruk-Kazyna JSC to provide anti-
crisis funds to the Partnership. On April 24, 2023, bonds issued by KMG were
included in the official list of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange on the "Private
Placement" platform.
