/KASE, April 28, 2023/ – Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanay), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 30, 2023 at
15:00 o'clock, with the agenda containing seven issues, in particular:
- approval of the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company;
- report of the Management Board of the company on the results of its activities
for 2022;
- approval of the company's 2022 financial statements;
- approval of the procedure of distributing the company's 2022 net income;
about payout of dividends on ordinary shares and approval of the dividend
amount per ordinary share of the company;
- about shareholders' appeals against actions of the company and its
executives and results of their consideration;
- informing the company's shareholders about the amount and composition of
remuneration to members of the Board of Directors and the Management
Board of the company for 2022.
