/KASE, April 26, 2023/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 17, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: G. Andreev;
• elected: Lim Lei Ling.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of SevKazEnergo JSC consists of six persons: L. Yanushko, A. Nigay, S. Li, Tan Levin, O. Perfilov, Lim Lei Ling.
