/KASE, April 26, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated April 18, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements of the
bank for 2022;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the bank's net income for
2022 in the amount of 34,124,886,798.44 tenge:
- to retain 100% of net income at the disposal of the bank;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2022.
