/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on April 19, 2023, the Listing
commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00009665 (ARCDpp3; KZT100,000; KZT340.0 mln; 10 years; semi-annual
coupon, 26.00 % APR; 30/360) of ARCADA INDUSTRY LLP (Qaragandy) in
KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is April 21,
2023.
