/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 18, 2023, N. Tolymbekov was elected a member of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Nurbank JSC consists of five persons: G. Mussataeva, A. Mazhuga, E. Kozykeeva, S. Cherenkevich, N. Tolymbekov.
