/KASE, April 21, 2023/ – CAEPCO JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated April 17, 2023, Zh. Qutbai was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of CAEPCO JSC consists of seven persons: A. Klebanov, Franz-Josef Kaiser, Manfred-Josef Kerr, B. Oral, E. Tabanov, A. Nigai, Tan Levin.
