ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) has registered another issue of shares

/KASE, January 8, 04/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange CJSC (KASE), notified KASE about the fact, that on December 26, 2003 the National Bank of Kazakhstan made an official state registration of announced shares issue (in compliance with the Charter and modifications, made to prospectus of shares) of ATFBank JSC. According to the documents presented by ATFBank JSC the securities issue has been split into 9,690,751 common shares, which have been assigned national identification number KZ1C35970017, 400,000 of preferred shares registered under NIN KZ1P35970618m and another 1,500,000 of preferred shares under KZ1P35970816. By the date of registration of shares issue specification 4,339,523 of common and 1,900,000 of preferred shares of ATFBank JSC had been floated and paid. [2004-01-08]
