/KASE, April 20, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 17, 2023, B. Alikhan was elected a member of the Management Board, Deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of "Fincraft" Investment House JSC consists of three persons: M. Junusbekov, Sh. Satpaeva, B. Alikhan.
