/KASE, April 17, 2023/ – Kaspi.kz JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on April 10,
2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual audited financial statements of the company for 2022;
- to approve the payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company for
2022 at KZT600 per share, the start date for the payment of dividends is April
10, 2023.
