/KASE, April 14, 2023/ – On April 13, 2023, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZX000000963 (KZT10.0 bn; 10.12.21 – 10.12.23; quarterly coupon, 19.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "TAS FINANCE GROUP" LLP in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

The admission initiator of said bonds is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty).

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later.

The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will also be announced later.

These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) MFTSe1.

These bonds were issued in accordance with the current legislation of the Astana International Financial Center.

More detailed information on the issue of these bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect.
