/KASE, April 14, 2023/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on May 11, 2023 at
15:00 o'clock, with the only issue on the agenda being the issue "On making
changes and additions to the Charter of Atameken-Agro JSC".
