/KASE, April 10, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from April 11, 2023 trading in common shares US3453708600 (sector "KASE Global", F_KZ) of Ford Motor Company (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on April 26, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of Article 11- 2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be April 26, 2023.
