/KASE, January 6, 04/ - Today KazTransOil CJSC (Astana) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on January 6 of 2004 the company had paid the fifth coupon to holders of euronotes of the first issue (XS0132391938, KASE's official "A" listing category; KZTOe1; $150.0 m.; July 6, 01 - July 6, 06; semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR).

According to issuer's information sum of the payment was USD6,375,000.
