securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE as follows:

On March 24, 2023, incorrect information was posted on the official website of
the Kazakh telegraph agency KazTAG that as of February 1, 2023, the loss of
Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (hereinafter – the Company) amounted to 9.4
billion tenge.
Due to the above-mentioned, the Company brings to the attention of investors and
partners that, according to the unaudited financial statements for January 2023,
the Company's net income amounted to 5.2 billion tenge.
