/KASE, March 24, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from March 27, 2023 trading in common shares US35671D8570 (sector "KASE Global", FCX_KZ) of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (USA) will be suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on April 14, 2023 and subsequent dates. Trading will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be April 14, 2023.
