/KASE, March 13, 2023/ – Kaspi.kz (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release:

As previously announced, the Board of Directors of Kaspi.kz has recommended a 600 KZT dividend per common share, subject to shareholder approval, at the company’s AGM.

Due to the timing of UK public holidays, the dividend date of record has been amended to 06 April 2023 from 07 April 2023.

The company’s AGM will take place on the 10 April 2023 which is unchanged.
