/KASE, March 10, 2023/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 24, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• removed: Nixon Dakota;
• elected: Zh. Shapiyev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Wholesale and retail trade venture JSC consists of three persons: I. Kim, S. Kim, Zh. Shapiyev.
