The international agency S&P Global Ratings has upgraded the long-term issuer credit ratings of Freedom Finance JSC, Freedom Finance Global PLC, Freedom Finance Europe Ltd and Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan JSC from B- to B. At the same time, the long-term credit ratings of Freedom Holding Corp. (FRHC) have been affirmed at B-. Outlook on the ratings of companies – "Stable".

The agency also affirmed the short-term credit ratings of operating subsidiaries at B.

The ratings of Freedom Finance JSC and Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan JSC have been upgraded on the national scale from kzBB to kzBB+.
