/KASE, March 3, 2023/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 28, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: F. Yusupov;
• elected: N. Baygamytova.

Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" consists of three persons: G. Amerkhojaev, A. Akazhanov, N. Baygamytova.
