/KASE, March 1, 2023/ – ForteLeasing JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 23, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Sadybekov;
• elected: L. Kiryakov, Y. Tashenov, M. Zhakezhanov

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ForteLeasing JSC consists of three people: Y. Tashenov, M. Zhakezhanov, L. Kiryakov.
