/KASE, February 22, 2023/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 6, 2023, the following changes have been made to the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: R. Adilov;
• elected: A. Sajitova

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Atameken-Agro JSC consists of five people: G. Moldagaziyev, K. Islamov, M. Barkinkhoev, D. Sabdenov, A. Sajitova.
