/KASE, February 20, 2023/ – ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC (Kyzylorda region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 3, 2023, the following changes have been made to the Board of Directors:

• excluded: R. Makulbekov – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
• elected: B. Chirchikbaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZinc LTD JSC consists of four people: B. Chirchikbaev, A. Rakhimova, A. Bugubaev, E. Magad.
