/KASE, February 20, 2023/ – MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated February 17, 2023 the following changes were made to the Board of Directors:

• excluded: G. Aliev;
• elected: D. Kakiev, Z. Pirtskhelava

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP consists of six people: N. Zadzhikova, Sh. Tagaev, Staub John, R. Kurbanalieva, D. Kakiyev, Z. Pirtskhelava.
