Development Bank of Kazakhstan raised KZT15.0 bn on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00009140 (BRKZb28) with yield to maturity of 0.50 % APR

/KASE, February 15, 2023/ – On February 15, 2023, an initial offering of bonds KZ2C00009140 (KASE main market, category "bonds", BRKZb28; KZT1,000, KZT15.0 bn; 15.02.23 – 15.02.35, annual coupon, 0.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) was conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by way of subscription to them. Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC (Almaty) (hereinafter – the Seller) acted as the seller during the subscription to the mentioned bonds. Orders for the subscription were collected on February 15, 2023 from 10:00 to 15:00 o'clock, Astana time. Bonds with a total face value of KZT15,000,000,000 were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. One member of KASE took part in the trades. In total, one limit order for purchase of bonds with a nominal volume of KZT15,000.0 mln was submitted to the trading system, which was recognized as active at the end of the order collection period. Yield to maturity in the submitted order amounted to 0.50 % per annum. The demand to supply ratio was 100.0 %. As a result of the offering, the order was executed in full. According to the data of the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), the deal based on the results of the subscription for said bonds by the moment of publication of this information was settled, the subscription was completed.
