ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) informed about signing of credit agreement in order to borrow foreign debt for $10 m

/KASE, December 24, 03/ - ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that on December 23 of 2003 the bank signed credit agreement with state development banks Netherlands and Germany in order to borrow foreign debt for USD10 m. The loan is given by the mentioned banks in the amount of $5 m. of each participant for 5 years and beneficial period equaling to 2 years. Purpose of borrowing is crediting of various sectors of Kazakhstan economy (transport, industry, agriculture, tourism, commerce and trade and so on) Detailed information about terms of borrowing is not given yet.
