/KASE, February 14, 2023/ – MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that on March 13, 2023 at 15:00 o'clock, the annual general meeting of its partners will begin, with the following agenda:

• approval of the unaudited annual financial statements of the partnership based on the results of 2022;
• distribution of the net income of the partnership based on the results of 2022;
• amendments to the charter of the partnership.
