/KASE, February 14, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on February 9, 2023 took a decision on
inclusion of bonds KZ2C00009322 (FIVEb4; KZT100, KZT200.0 mln; 12 months;
quarterly coupon, 20.00 % APR; 30/360) of FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL JSC
(Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative
market.
The Management Board decision's effective date is February 14, 2023.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
