KASE shareholders approve Dividend Policy of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange

/KASE, February 10, 2023/ – By a decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) dated February 10, 2023, the Dividend Policy of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (the Policy) was approved, which will be effective from February 13, 2023. The policy defines KASE's main approaches to the issues of paying dividends on its shares, as well as the conditions and procedure for paying dividends by the Exchange. From February 13, 2023, the Dividend Policy approved by the decision of the general meeting of shareholders of KASE dated November 29, 2017 will be invalidated.
