On February 17, extraordinary general meeting of MFO "Arnur Credit" partners will be held by absentee voting
/KASE, February 9, 2023/ – MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of holding an extraordinary general meeting of its partners on February 17, 2023 through absentee voting, with the following agenda:
- consideration of changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the partnership;
- approval of the amount of remuneration to members of the Board of Directors of the partnership.
