whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decision of the general meeting of its partners held on
February 6, 2023: "Approve the reorganization of the Partnership by transforming
from a limited liability partnership into a joint-stock company".
