Alliance Bank OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the 2nd coupon payment on its 1st issue bonds

/KASE, December 23, 03/ - Today Alliance Bank OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) about the fact that December 23 of 2003 the bank had paid the second coupon on its indexed on tenge devaluation level bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY07A701; KASE's official "А" listing category, ASBNb1; KZT3,000 m; Dec 23, 02 - Dec 23, 09; semi-annual coupon 9% APR). According to the issuer's information, sum of the payment taking into account income tax was KZT12,006,425.91. Judging on the mentioned sum of the coupon payment, by register fixation date (November 23, 03) the whole registered issue volume was on bondholders' depo- accounts. [2003-12-23]
