/KASE, February 7, 2023/ – From February 8, 2023, the following international
bonds will be included in the "bonds" category of the main market of the
official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE):
1) XS2242418957 (UZBN_KZe1; $300.0 mln, 21.10.20 – 21.10.25; semi-annual
coupon; 4.85 % per annum; 30/360) of the National Bank for Foreign
Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan JSC;
2) XS2330272944 (UZAM_KZe1; $300.0 mln, 04.05.21 – 04.05.26; semi-annual
coupon; 4.85 % per annum; 30/360) of UzAuto Motors JSC.
These bond issues became the first issues of corporate bonds of the Republic of
Uzbekistan, which are included in KASE official list.
Freedom Finance JSC is the initiator of inclusion of said bonds in KASE official
list.
As announced previously, the decision to include these bonds in KASE official
list was made by KASE's Management Board on February 2, 2023. This decision of
the Management Board comes into effect on February 8, 2023.
