/KASE, January 27, 2023/ – KoZhan JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 18, 2023, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Guo Yi – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Li Guocheng – member of the Board of Directors, independent director, Zhang Wu – member of the Board of Directors;
• elected: Dai Xiaoping – member of the Board of Directors, Wang Guohui – member of the Board of Directors, independent Director, Mu Longxin – member of the Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KoZhan JSC consists of three persons: Dai Xiaoping, Wang Guohui, Mu Longxin.
